В ноябре 2011 г. НИИ Стали завершил изготовление партии защитных комплектов сапера (ЗКС) и успешно сдал их заказчику - Министерству обороны РФ. ЗКС «Дублон» - достаточно сложное и трудоемкое изделие. Одних титановых бронеэлементов в нем более 50 штук. К тому же конкурс на ЗКС МО РФ объявило только в июле 2011г., поэтому выполнить заказ в заданные сроки было чрезвычайно сложно, сообщила пресс-служба НИИ Стали.

 

Тем не менее, институт с поставленной задачей справился. ЗКС «Дублон» сегодня находится на вооружении практически всех подразделений инженерных войск МО РФ, а его аналог «Заслон» - в ГУВД многих городов России.

 

Высокий уровень противопульной и противоосколочной защиты по всей площади, включая ноги и руки, удобная конструкция комплекта, позволяющая саперу легко передвигаться и выполнять боевую задачу, делают «Дублон» одним из лучших среди отечественных аналогов.
