Серия снайперского оружия Ultima Ratio (UR) производится компанией PGM Precision во Франции. Винтовки Hecate II являются самыми крупными из этой серии.
Как и другие винтовки серии UR, Hecate II построена по "скелетному" принципу - основу винтовки составляет металлический каркас, к которому крепится массивная фрезерованная из стали ствольная коробка. Ствол подвешен консольно ("плавающий"), и оснащен масивным дульным тормозом. Запирание ствола - поворотом затвора на три боевых упора.
Винтовки Hecate II имеют регулируемую ложу, со складной передней двуногой сошкой и складным задним упором под прикладом.
Винтовки серии UR отличаются высоким качеством изготовления и отличной точчностью стрельбы.
