Винтовка FN 30-11 производилась фирмой FN (Fabrique Nationale) в Бельгии в 1976-1986 годах, и состоит на вооружении Бельгийской армии и полиции.
FN 30-11 создана на основе винтовки FN модель 30, которая является лицензионным модифицированным вариантом известной винтовки Маузера образца 1898 года.
FN 30-11 имеет затвор с 3мя боевыми упорами (два спереди и один сзади затвора), регулируемым по усилию спуска спусковым механизмом и деревянной ложей, регулируемой путем установки специальных вставок. Винтовка оснащается оптическим прицелом фирмы FN кратности 4X и регулируемыми открытыми прицельными приспособлениями. Ствол винтовки оснащается пламягасителем от пулемета FN MAG,кроме того, винтовка может оснащаться сошками от этого же пулемета.
