Более 700 единиц современной автомобильной и бронетанковой техники поступит в войска Южного военного округа (ЮВО) до конца текущего года, сообщил пресс-секретарь командующего войсками округа полковник Игорь Горбуль.
В это число войдут грузовые и транспортные автомобили, танки, боевые машины пехоты, самоходно-артиллерийские системы, бронетранспортеры и другие виды техники.
По словам И. Горбуля, более 250 единиц только автомобильной и бронетанковой техники поставлено в войска ЮВО с начала текущего года. Данная техника направлена в соединения и воинские части, дислоцированные в Волгоградской области, Дагестане, Чечне и Северной Осетии.
