Анализ результатов частотных испытаний авиалайнера Ту-204СМ показал высокую надежность применяемых в ОАО «Туполев» методов обеспечения безопасности от явлений аэроупругости и шимми и, следовательно, высокую надежность туполевской новинки. Испытания проводились специалистами Центрального аэродинамического института (ЦАГИ) при участии ЖЛИиДБи конструкторского бюро ОАО «Туполев», сообщили в компании.
Испытаниям были подвергнуты планер, стойки шасси и система управления самолетом. Исследования проводились на предмет выявления самого опасного явления, которое может случиться с воздушным судном в полете - флаттера, от чего воздушное судно может просто разрушиться. Проверялись также возможность появления тряски передней стойки шасси при взлете или посадке авиалайнера. Серьезная тряска может возникнуть и в результате резонанса при работе автоматической системы штурвального управления (АСШУ).
