Как сообщили "Оружию России" в пресс-службе ФСВТС, в соответствии с Указом Президента РФ от 26 июля 2011 г. № 1007 «О внесении изменений в некоторые акты Президента Российской Федерации» функция определения продукции, предусмотренной к ввозу в Российскую Федерацию или вывозу из Российской Федерации, к продукции военного назначения передана Федеральной службе по военно-техническому сотрудничеству. Ранее указанная функция принадлежала Министерству обороны РФ.
В соответствии с решением Министра обороны Российской Федерации до принятия Административного регламента по выполнению Федеральной службой по военно-техническому сотрудничеству указанной функции в качестве временного положения необходимо руководствоваться Порядком оформления и выдачи заключений, утвержденным приказом Министра обороны Российской Федерации от 29 декабря 2005 г. № 550, в части, не противоречащей Указу Президента Российской Федерации от 26 июля 2011 г. № 1007.
Заключения ФСВТС России будут оформляться на бланках Службы начиная с 30 октября 2011 г.
