Анализируя хронологию развития процесса размещения Министерством обороны гособоронзаказа на предприятиях объединённой судостроительной компании было понятно, что для военного ведомства это та преграда, которую собственными силами невозможно преодолеть. Разрешить усугублявшиеся противоречия смог только авторитет и мощь Владимира Путина. Все противоречия, которые существовали между Министерством обороны и судостроителями по поводу стоимости оборонного продукции остались в прошлом, - сообщил Владимир Путин.
В присутствии премьера в рамках гособоронзаказа было подписано семь контрактов на общую сумму 280 млрд рублей. Такие масштабные финансовые поступления обеспечат работой отечественных производителей на годы вперёд. Им предстоит построить подводные крейсеры проекта "Борей" и "Ясень". Отдельно было подписано соглашение по созданию подлодок нового поколения. В планах и глубокая модернизация тяжёлого атомного ракетного крейсера адмирал Нахимов и другие важные задачи.
