В Малайзии, на о. Лангкави, с 6 по 10 декабря 2011 г. в международном выставочном центре MIEC состоится Международная выставка авиационно-космической и военно-морской техники «ЛИМА - 2011», которая является одной из крупнейших в области оборонных технологий в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе. Выставка проводится под патронатом Министерства обороны Малайзии.
Тематика - авиационная техника, средства ПВО, космические технологии, военно-морская техника и вооружение, программы по ремонту и модернизации авиационной техники, системы управления высокоточным оружием, беспилотные летательные аппараты, средства технической разведки, тренажеры и учебные программы. В выставке примут участие 254 компании из 33 государств. Наиболее масштабные экспозиции будут представлены Малайзией (130 компаний), Австралией (20 компаний), Россией (17 компаний), США (14 компаний), Францией (13 компаний), Турцией (13 компаний), Германией (11 компаний), Великобританией (10 компаний), Италией (9 компаний).
