Благодаря переходу ВДВ на систему сервисного обслуживания вооружения и военной техники (ВВТ), предприятиями промышленности и ремонтными заводами в 2011 г. проведено сервисное обслуживание свыше 3 тыс. различных образцов ВВТ, в том числе более 200 единиц ракетно-артиллерийского вооружения, свыше 500 единиц бронетанковой техники и около 2,5 тыс. единиц автомобильной техники, сообщила группа информационного обеспечения ВДВ.
Работа инженерно-технического состава соединений и воинских частей Воздушно-десантных войск (ВДВ) по внедрению аутсорсинга получила высокую оценку руководства Главного автобронетанкового управления (ГАБТУ) Минобороны России.
