Управление персоналом Новосибирского авиационного производственного объединения им. В.П. Чкалова (НАПО) начало работу с новой методикой создания кадрового резерва предприятия – «Центр оценки». Проект «Формирование кадрового резерва» начал действовать на заводе в 2011 г.
Он подготовлен на базе программы Корпоративного университета компании «Сухой». Для участия в программе кадрового резерва выдвигаются специалисты, из которых формируются группы по 6-8 человек. Их участники выполняют письменные задания, решают производственные задачи.
Оценка персонала производится по ряду компетенций:
- активная жизненная позиция;
- стремление к развитию и достижению результата;
- умение работать в команде;
- коммуникация;
- продуктивность мышления;
- лидерство;
- способность к принятию решений;
- организаторские способности.
