Главком ВВС России генерал-полковник Александр Зелин опробует шведский истребитель JAS-39 "Грипен" во время официального визита в Швецию, сообщил 12 декабря 2011 г. официальный представитель ВВС РФ полковник Владимир Дрик.
"Сегодня начался официальный визит делегации Главного командования ВВС во главе с Главнокомандующим ВВС генерал-полковником Александром Зелиным в Королевство Швецию, - уточнил В. Дрик. - Данная поездка организована по приглашению Командующего ВВС Швеции генерал-майора Андерса Сильвера".
По его словам , "мероприятие проводится в рамках развития и укрепления двухсторонних связей между ВС России и Швеции в области военной авиации".
