Назначение
Автомобиль предназначен для оперативной доставки групп специалистов и специального оборудования к месту возникновения чрезвычайных ситуаций, обеспечения приборами разведки, идентификации, обезвреживания, изъятия и вывоза взрывоопасных предметов с обеспечением безопасности персонала групп и населения, а также близстоящих зданий и сооружений.
Особенности
Разработан в двух модификациях. Модификация 2811 на базе шасси автомобилей модельного ряда ГАЗ 2705 (7) и модификация 3921 на базе шасси автомобилей модельного ряда ПАЗ 3206.
Выполняемые задачи и возможности:
- Оперативная доставка группы специалистов (до 5-ти человек) и специального оборудования к месту воз-никновения чрезвычайных ситуаций.
- Обеспечение приборами идентификации, разведки и обезвреживание, изъятия, изоляции и эвакуации взры-воопасных предметов.
- Обеспечение выполнения задач на месте: по идентификации, обезвреживанию, изъятию, изоляции и эвакуа-ции взрывоопасных предметов с обеспечением безопасности персонала групп и населения, а также близстоящих зданий и сооружений.
- Оповещение населения о ЧС, передача специальных световых и звуковых сигналов, речевых команд и со-общений в радиусе до
- Организация радиосвязи в УКВ (КВ)-диапазоне.
- Обеспечение освещения места работ.
- Оказание первичной медицинской помощи.
