Назначение
Контрольно-проверочная машина нового поколения позволяет проводить техническую подготовку танковых орудий к стрельбе: выверку прицелов, приведение пушки к нормальному бою (пристрелка) стрельбовым и бесстрельбовым методами. С помощью КПМ 1И37 проводится электронная чистка канала ствола от нагара, смазки, загрязнений и ржавчины. Бортовая информационно-измерительная система на базе персональной электронно-вычислительной машины позволяет документировать и сохранять в памяти выполнение всех видов работ по техобслуживанию в полку (батальоне).
Эффективность и качество работ, выполненных на КПМ 1И37, превышает предшествующие аналоги в 1,3-,5 раза. Как показали испытания, применение этой контрольно-проверочной машины позволяет существенно повысить боеготовность танков за счет обеспечения настройки элементов комплекса артиллерийского вооружения на уровне, характерном для вновь изготовленных и отрегулированных в заводских условиях изделий. Точность стрельбы повышается благодаря определению и учету индивидуальных углов вылета и начальной скорости всех типов снарядов. Снижаются и расходы на проведение технической подготовки комплекса артиллерийского вооружения танка за счет использования математических методов определения углов вылетов снарядов из ствола.
