Передвижные мастерские на полноприводных шасси КАМАЗ 43114 (КАМАЗ 43118) за счет бескапотной кабины имеют возможность установки кузова-фургона больших габаритных размеров (4.5 -5 метров), что позволяет размещать в таких мастерских большое количество оборудования, расширить рабочее пространство.
Технические особенности В передвижной мастерской ПАРМ 489532 размещено: токарный станок JET GBH1330, сверлильный станок JET, два слесарных верстака с ящиками для инструмента, слесарные тисы, точильный станок, газоэлектро-сварочное оборудование, грузоподъемное оборудование, наборы инструмента, шкаф для одежды, умывальник с теплой водой, электросиловая установка.
Цельнометаллический кузов-фургон передвижной мастерской утеплен листовым пенополистиролом, внутренняя отделка кузова-фургона выполнена промышленным пластиком, а нижняя часть стен до высоты 0.8м покрыта оцинкованным металлическим листом. Такая отделка наиболее практична и удобна, т.к. с пластика легко удаляются практически любые загрязнения, а металлический лист защищает стены от повреждений различными инструментами и ремонтируемыми агрегатами. Пол кузова-фургона передвижной мастерской покрыт рифленой резиной.
Вход внутрь фургона осуществляется через заднюю распашную дверь, по раскладной лестнице, в транспортном положении размещаемой под полом кузова-фургона.
Оригинальным техническим решением является установка трубчатых уплотнителей, как на дверном проеме, так и на люках, расположенных снаружи кузова-фургона. Задняя дверь закрывается на врезной замок автомобильного типа, крышки люков также закрываются на ключ.
В проеме задней двери установлен кран-укосина, применяемый для подъема грузов до 200 кг при помощи ручной шестеренной тали. В транспортном положении кран-укосина располагается вдоль стены и фиксируется от перемещения специальным штырем.
Электрооборудование передвижной мастерской питается от стационарно установленного на шасси электрогенератора мощностью 20 кВт, приводимого в действие от трансмиссии базового шасси. При работе в районах с электроснабжением возможно питание от внешнего источника, для подключения которого предусмотрен специальный разъем.
Электропроводка кузова-фургона ПАРМ выполнена в кабельных каналах, по внутренним стенам фургона. Базовое освещение - четыре плафона, работающие от бортовой сети автомобиля. Дополнительное освещение рабочих мест люминисцентными светильниками функционирует при работе электросиловой установки или от внешнего источника электропитания.
Управление распределением электроэнергии производится при помощи электрического щита, установленного внутри салона.
В конструкции передвижной мастерской является перемещение пропанового и кислородного баллонов из кузова-фургона в специальные ниши, расположенные с наружной строны фургона. Внутри ниши баллон крепится специальными хомутами, что предотвращает его перемещение во время движения автомобиля. Люки ниш закрываются на ключ. Внутри кузова-фургона ниши не занимают дополнительного места, т.к. они используются в качестве базы под слесарные верстаки. Объем ниш позволяет хранить в них не только баллоны, но и газовые рукава, редукторы и т.п.
Для обеспечения бытовых удобств для персонала передвижная мастерская оборудована умывальником с подогревом воды (работает от сети 220В), шкафом для одежды (закрывается на ключ).
Для работы в тяжелых дорожных условиях, вытаскивания застрявших в грязи или снегу автомобилей передвижная мастерская оборудована задней тяговой лебедкой, приводимой в действие от трансмиссии автомобиля. Внешние поверхности кузова-фургона передвижной мастерской окрашены лакокрасочными материалами SIKKENS, что обеспечивает отличные эксплуатационные характеристики покрытия.
