ОАО "Ковровский электромеханический завод" (КЭМЗ) в Париже на 17-й Международной выставке средств и систем безопасности MILIPOL 2011 представил часть своего семейства мобильных робототехнических комплексов, которые сегодня получают все большее применение при решении задач обеспечения безопасности, сообщает АРМС-ТАСС.
Как сообщил генеральный директор ОАО "КЭМЗ" Владимир Лебедев, на выставке, в частности, демонстрируются колесные комплексы сверхлегкого класса "Вездеход - ТМ3" и "Вездеход - ТМ5", а также гусеничный комплекс легкого класса "Варан".
"Сегодня нашими основными заказчиками являются ФСБ, МВД и МЧС. В последнее время к ним присоединился Минатом", - отметил глава КЭМЗ. По его словам, силовые ведомства заинтересованы в применении роботехнических средств для дистанционного проведения визуальной разведки, поиска и идентификации подозрительных на наличие взрывного устройства предметов, обезвреживания взрывоопасных устройств с помощью разрушителей, транспортировки грузов, выполнения различных технологических операций по обеспечению доступа к взрывным устройствам и других задач.
