Переход на новую систему организации воздушного движения, который произошел 17 ноября, грозит чрезвычайными ситуациями в небе и даже авиакатастрофами, сообщает РБК. Российские пилоты говорят, что отечественный авиакомплекс не готов к введению системы вертикального эшелонирования воздушных судов.
Вся российская авиация, как гражданская, так и военная, перешла на систему вертикального эшелонирования воздушных судов с сокращенными интервалами (RVSM). Суть нововведения в целом сводится к тому, что прежде лайнеры заходили на посадку по кругу, теперь же их будут выстраивать этажеркой, один над другим. Росавиация заявляет, что RVSM позволит на 40–45% сократить задержку вылета воздушных судов, на 5% уменьшить выброс вредных веществ в атмосферу и на 5% уменьшить расход авиационного топлива.
Кроме того, по расчетам авиационных чиновников, внедрение новой системы даст возможность увеличить транзитные потоки через Россию, увеличить трафик и предложить авиакомпаниям, в том числе иностранным, наиболее короткий и удобный путь между Европой и Азией.
